Sometimes you have a problem that only takes a few minutes to fix that really doesn't justify an onsite visit. or you may have an urgent issue and it can't wait, but we can't physically be there. We have offered pre set up remote for many of our clients using Apple's Remote Desktop software, which is an excellent solution for ongoing issues. However we are also using a multipurpose application called Mac Helpmate that can be used for one time or quick access needs. You can download it here. The basic program is free of charge for all of our clients.
